Lauersdorf [email protected] Andy is an accomplished trial lawyer with a demonstrated record of success. Andy has tried over 75 cases to verdict in state and federal courts throughout Oregon and Washington, and has been recognized for his ability to present complicated or technical issues to judges and juries in ways that are clear and easily understood. Much of Andys success comes from his diligence in building strong trial teams and years of working closely with experts and other witnesses, including accountants, engineers and other forensic experts, physicians, private investigators, and law enforcement. Andy is a frequent lecturer on topics related to trial strategy, expert witness qualification issues, and expert witness preparation. Andy is a founding member of Maloney Lauersdorf Reiner and has helped our firm grow into one of the premier litigation firms in the Pacific Northwest. Andy is also a former prosecutor with the Multnomah County District Attorneys Office in Portland, Oregon, and continues his commitment to public service through frequent pro bono representation of victims and survivors of exploitation, sex abuse, and domestic violence. He is also an active supporter of the Forensic Justice Project, which is working hard to promote consistent use of scientifically valid evidence in Oregon courtrooms. When he is not advocating on behalf of our clients or our community, Andy enjoys playing golf and softball, skiing, a good book, and following Wisconsin Badgers football, basketball, and hockey.
