John A. Pazell, Esq. [email protected] John A. Pazell is currently employed as an Associate Attorney in the law firm of Mullins & McMillan, P. A. in Overland Park, Kansas. His primary area of practice is defending Employers, Insurance Carriers, Self-Insures, and Third Party Administrators in Workers Compensation cases in Kansas and Missouri. Mr. Pazell also handles some General Liability cases as well. Mr. Pazell received his undergraduate degree from the University of Detroit where he graduated with a B. A. in Communications and a Business Certificate in 1989. He graduated from Washburn University School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 1999. He is currently licensed to practice in the states of Kansas and Missouri as well as the Federal Bars of both states. His experience includes many bench and jury trials. He has also tried and been successful in appealing cases. His work experience includes being a former Assistant District Attorney for Shawnee County, Kansas. He is currently a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Johnson County Bar Association.
