Margaret Brown

Professional Bio Margaret Brown (Maggie) was born in Madison, Wisconsin, graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 2009, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Brown worked at a large law firm (Foley & Lardner) and served as a project manager at a business advocacy organization in Madison, Wisconsin. She also served as assistant to the secretary of the Dane County Regional Transit Authority. She graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law. During law school, she interned with Judge Debra Vogt of the Lane County Circuit Court. Additionally, she interned with a boutique Plaintiffs firm in Tucson, Arizona. Ms. Brown received her juris doctorate in 2014. She has lived in Texas since graduation. Ms. Brown serves on the Board of Directors for a charitable organization in Madison, Wisconsin. Ms. Brown practices both first and third party insurance litigation, with a primary focus in third-party insurance defense. In her free time, Maggie plays guitar, travels, rides her bicycle, and listens to podcasts.
