Secured voluntary dismissal of a wrongful death claim filed against a contractor that installed a walk-in style bathtub in which the decedent was allegedly trapped for an extended period and developed life-ending injuries. Resolved a suit brought by an injured plaintiff claiming permanent injury due to alleged negligence against a trucking company and driver. Successfully settled a case prior to trial where the plaintiff filed a wrongful death claim against a plumbing contractor after a mobile scaffolding being used by the decedent tipped over into a trench allegedly created by our client. Successfully resolved negligence allegations brought against the security company of an apartment complex.
