Kathleen K. Demaria

Kathleen DeMaria is a shareholder in her law firm, Coastal Probate Trust & Elder Law. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of West Florida with honors and her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law. Kathy is admitted to practice in Alabama, Colorado, Florida and New York. She is also a member of the Florida Bar’s Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law.Kathy is the past President of the Pilot Club of Pensacola; the Northwest Florida Estate Planning Council and the Pensacola Women’s Alliance and she chaired the Escambia Santa Rosa Bar Association Grievance Committee. She also served on numerous other boards of civic and community organizations. She has given frequent lectures on Estate Planning and has authored numerous articles for the Pensacola News Journal and other publications.
