Jared Mark Moore

Jared is a shareholder in the firms litigation section and is licensed in both Texas and New Mexico. Prior to attending law school, Jared taught special education and coached football, basketball, track and field, and soccer. He has represented individuals, large and small corporate clients, and insurance carriers and their insureds on various matters including trademark infringement, pipeline failures, downhole property damage, rig blowouts, tractor-trailer accidents, joint operating agreements, product defect, will and trust disputes, and catastrophic injuries/fatalities. Jared actively defends companies and their employees arising from catastrophic oilfield accidents, tractor-trailer collisions, and property damage claims. His experience ranges from initial investigations through trials and appeals. AREAS OF CONCENTRATION Personal Injury and Insurance Defense Jared devotes a significant portion of his time working on personal injury and insurance litigation cases. He works with various insurance companies and their insureds regarding to litigation defense and claims investigation. General Civil Litigation Jared also works on various litigation issues arising in the oil and gas industry in addition to other general civil litigation cases. In addition, Jared assists private and public employment entities with disputes, as well as defending government entities. Commercial Litigation Jared has represented various companies in litigating commercial and contractual disputes including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, commercial torts, fraud and collection matters.
