Megan Laine Brooks

Megan works with people throughout the State of Minnesota in dissolution, custody, paternity, harassment and order for protection matters. Her work with the community includes a sliding scale fee as is necessary in some matters. Many of her cases involve complex custody, parenting time and financial disputes. Megan first attempts to work with her client to attempt to negotiate a resolution through settlement discussions, often through mediation. When settlement is unsuccessful or not practical, Megan works with her clients in seeking determinations through the court, when necessary and prudent.
