Christina Marie Kath

Christina Kath has been an attorney with Osterbauer Law Firm since 2003, representing injured victims in resolving their claims. She has worked exclusively in the area of personal injury, including motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, slip/trip and falls, wrongful death, and other negligence claims. Over the years, Christina has logged many hours in the courtroom, taking cases through jury and court trials, as well as the appellate process. She has also arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases. Christina graduated from the University of Minnesota, Morris in 2000 with a major in Political Science and a minor in Management. She attended William Mitchell College of Law and received her J. D. in 2003, graduating cum laude. Christina is admitted to practice law in Minnesota and the United States District Court, Minnesota. She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Outside of her practice, Christina coached the Hamline University School of Law mock trial team during the 2008-2009 school year. She is also involved in mentoring paralegal students and law students.
