Daniel Goodge

LEARN MORE ABOUT DANIELDaniel Goodge is a life-long East Tennessee native and attended the University of Tennessee College of Law. While at the University, he was a member of Tennessees Innocence Project Team and the Tennessee Business Law Journal, Transactions. After graduating from the University of Tennessee, Daniel focused his practice on Workers Compensation Defense with a large, regional law firm. Daniel has been affiliated with the Cantrell Law Firm since 2009. In fact, he was a former partner of the firm prior to leaving in 2018, when he left the practice of law to commit his time and energy in a family business. In 2023, he returned to his passion- the practice of law. Daniel has a broad base of experience in many different areas of law and currently practices Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Divorce and Domestic Law, Employment Law, Family Law, Juvenile Practice, Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Medical Malpractice Law, Nursing Home Negligence Law, Social Security Disability Law, and Workers Compensation Law. Daniel is a Rule 31 Listed Mediator with the ability to mediate civil, family, and domestic abuse cases. He has also been licensed as a nursing home administrator in the State of Tennessee, which gives him a unique perspective on Nursing Home Negligence cases. Away from the office, Daniel is an active Member of the Knoxville First Seventh-day Adventist Church, enjoys time with his family, and is an avid golfer.
