William E. Smith

WILLIAM (BIL) E. SMITH Bil grew up in a small farm town in Kansas. Bil went to college in Oklahoma and seminary in California. Throughout college, graduate school and for several years after, Bil served as a youth pastor in churches in Oklahoma and California. Bils passion has always been helping people. That passion drove him to law school and to open The Smith Law Office in his adopted hometown, Tualatin, Oregon. Bils primary areas of practice are personal injury and estate planning. In Bils time off, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah, and three dogs. Bil enjoys activities such as curling, golf, hunting, fishing, and hiking. Bil relaxes watching sports and is an especially avid fan of baseball. Bil serves as the Pastor of Student Ministry at Crossridge Church in Sherwood, Oregon overseeing the High School and Middle School ministries.
