Attorney Directory Over the course of his career, Scott has defended a variety of individuals and corporations in general liability, medical/dental malpractice, product liability, construction defect, and insurance coverage claims. As an experienced litigator, Scott has a successful record of defending clients at arbitration, trial and administrative proceedings. Scott has defended claims in both Oregon and Washington, and he has vast experience in both jurisdictions which have distinctly different civil litigation rules. Scott believes that the best value to his clients is making an efficient determination of which cases should be tried and which cases should be resolved prior to trial. Cases that should be defended can be worked up aggressively, and cases that should be resolved can be done so with minimal expense. Scott also dedicates himself to being readily accessible to his clients when they need advice and information. His goal is to develop a close working relationship with his clients so that his clients feel that they have a problem solving advocate who is readily available. Scott has a teenage daughter who keeps him busy when he is not at work. He also enjoys running, water and snow skiing, and Oregon Duck football during his free time.
