More recently, his focus has been in the areas of Estate Planning & Administration, Adoption and Elder Law issues. As general counsel for the Catholic Diocese of Evansville, his practice also regularly involves Religion & Educational Law and Property matters. Tim was born in Evansville, Indiana. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences from Indiana University in 1975 and his law degree from the Indiana University School of Law in 1979. He is currently a member of the Evansville Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association. Tim is also an active member of the National Diocesan Attorneys Association and a Fellow of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. He currently serves on the Board of the Vanderburgh County Health Department and the Board of the Catholic Diocese of Evansvilles Priest Retirement Fund. He served on the Evansville Fire Merit Commission for fourteen years and the Board of the Evansville Youth Soccer Program for over twenty-five years.
