Don A Dal Ponte Don A. Dal Ponte has been with the firm since 1972 and has been a partner since 1978. He is a graduate of Xavier University (B. S., 1969) and the University of Notre Dame Law School (J. D., 1972). He was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1973 and is also admitted to practice in the U. S. District Court, Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio. He is a member of the Muskingum County Bar Association (of which he was President in 1985), the Ohio State Bar Association (where he was a member of the Family Law Committee, and the Dispute Resolution Committee) and the Ohio Association for Justice. His major practice areas include General Practice, Civil and Personal Injury Litigation, Business Law, Family Law, Wills, and Estates. Don also served as an acting Judge in the Zanesville Municipal Court from 2002 until 2017. He is a long-time member of the Kiwanis Club of Downtown Zanesville, board of Zanesville Goodwill Industries, and the Knights of Columbus. Don was born in Chicago, Illinois, and is married to Christine. They have three children, eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild
