Kevin William Roberts

Kevin is an experienced trial attorney whose practice consists of complex civil litigation including employment related matters on behalf of employers and employees, eminent domain cases, government liability litigation, commercial litigation, class actions, and real estate litigation. He also represents and advises employers, employees, businesses, prime contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in various types of employment and construction related disputes. Kevin is licensed to practice in Washington, Idaho, Montana and Oregon. Kevins broad experience includes successfully litigating jury trials, trials to the court, administrative hearings, arbitrations and assisting clients in resolving matters through alternative dispute resolution. He has also argued numerous matters before the Washington State Supreme Court, Washington State Court of Appeals, the Oregon State Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Kevin frequently speaks at employment law, eminent domain, and construction law seminars. From Melstone, Montana, Kevin received his B. A. from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon and his J. D. from the University Of Idaho College Of Law.
