William M. Hansen

Bill Hansen is a seasoned financial advisor and estate planning attorney with over 30 years of experience in the financial, legal, and tax fields. As a principal on the Anderson-Hansen Team within the Financial Dimensions Group, Inc., Bill brings a unique, multidisciplinary approach to wealth management, combining his deep knowledge in financial planning, estate law and tax strategies to offer clients well-rounded solutions. Bill holds a degree in finance from the University of St. Thomas, and both a law degree and a Master of Laws in Taxation from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. In 2004, Bill co-founded the Anderson-Hansen Team with Pete Anderson. Bill earned his Series 7 license in the same year, and became a Certified Financial Planner™ in 2006. In addition to his role as a principal with the Anderson-Hansen Team, Bill is also the owner of William H. Hansen Associates PLLC, a Golden Valley-based law firm focused on estate planning and elder law. Outside of work, Bill enjoys fishing, golfing and spending time with his wife, Janet, and their four adult children.
