Seans business practice ranges from assisting small businesses with various transactional matters to counseling on employment issues. Sean serves as Indiana counsel for multi-state commercial loan facilities and represents banking institutions in loan workout matters. Sean also manages a large commercial landlord practice and handles other real estate transactions. Prior to joining MOL, Sean was a Deputy Prosecutor in South Bend, where he primarily prosecuted violent crimes. While in law school, Sean served on the University of Tulsa Law Review and clerked for a Federal Magistrate in the Northern District of Oklahoma.
