Meet Christopher Nichols San Diego attorney Christopher Nichols Esq. is an accomplished civil litigator with extensive experience in both individual and class action litigation. As a native San Diegan, Mr. Nichols went on to become a graduate of the University of San Diego (14 BA Political Science & History) and the University of San Diego School of Law (17 Civil Litigation). During his time in law school, he received a CALI excellence for the future award for his outstanding performance. Mr. Nichols received the Pro Bono Service Recognition Award from the University of San Diego for time spent volunteering at the San Diego Superior Court with the Family Law Facilitators Office assisting unrepresented litigants with their legal matters. Christopher E. Nichols focuses his practice on employment and business disputes, representing employees, employers, individuals and businesses in all aspects of civil lawsuits. Mr. Nichols has provided exceptional counsel to clients at every stage of litigation, including discovery, depositions, law & motion work, mediations, settlement conferences, arbitration, labor commissioner hearings, and both bench and jury trials. When away from work he enjoys watching baseball and spending his free time with his wife and dachshunds.
