Charles Cramer

Charlie Cramer has been in practice since 1991 representing individuals and entities, including nonprofit organizations. For his estate planning clients, he addresses legacy goals, asset protection, and charitable giving, with a focus on integrating family wealth transfer with sophisticated business succession, while minimizing income and estate tax consequences. He also serves personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries with estate and trust administration. He represents for-profit entities and their owners in the formation, governance, and the sale and purchase of equity interests. For churches, the largest segment of his not-for-profit clients, Charlie handles most aspects of their legal existence, from incorporation to governance, asset protection, risk assessment, employment, property and finances, and even dissolution, merger, and consolidation. Charlie and his family are members of First Baptist Church of Orlando. He is married with three children and one grandchild. In his free time, he enjoys time with his family and playing golf.
