Erica A. Driskell

Erica is a partner with Berkowitz Cook Gondring Driskell & Drobeck. She has been practicing exclusively family law since her admission to the bar in 2006. As a strong litigator and comprehensive attorney, Erica has worked extensively in matters involving divorce, custody, child support, maintenance and prenuptial agreements and is known for her ability to navigate through complex legal issues and high-conflict situations. Erica earned her J. D. from UMKC School of Law in 2006 and is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. A native to Creston, Iowa, Erica graduated from the University of Iowa, earning her Bachelor of Arts with majors in political science and journalism. Erica lives with her husband, Dave, and their two boys, Brig and Nile.
