Casey J. Symonds

Casey Symonds is the founder of Symonds Law Firm and is an experienced trial lawyer. Casey focuses his time and attention toward felony defense, domestic litigation & civil litigation.Casey is both a Northwest Missouri State University & Creighton University School of Law graduate. Casey has substantial trial experience, including successful first-chair jury trial experience and numerous bench trials.Prior to founding Symonds Law Firm, Casey was a founding partner at the law firm of Kelly, Symonds, Reed & Jansen. Prior to going into private practice, Casey worked for a well known and respected insurance defense firm in Kansas City. He has parlayed his knowledge and expertise from that industry to his own practice.When not preparing for a case, or arguing one in court, you can find Casey on the sidelines coaching his children’s sports teams or simply spending time with his family. When he’s able to carve out some time he also enjoys woodworking and restoring old furniture. Casey’s favorite thing about Kansas City is the friendliness. It truly is Midwest nice. This has allowed Casey to form great relationships with his clients and fellow attorneys.
