Christopher S. Swiecicki

BIO Christopher S. Swiecicki is managing member of Swiecicki & Muskett, LLC, a St. Louis-based law firm specializing in business and corporate taxation, with vast experience in energy, finance, banking, and construction law. The practice also serves clients in the areas of litigation, appellate work, and employment law. With both a law degree and a master of law in taxation, as well as more than two decades of experience, he leads the firm as a recognized legal expert on corporate taxation issues. Additionally, Chris is an adjunct professor at Washington University School of Law—the 17th-ranked law school in the nation. Defined by his clients as a practical lawyer, his advice is a combination of the legal and the pragmatic. In 2011, at the invitation of the dean of Washington University School of Law - his alma mater - Chris joined the university as an adjunct professor teaching business acquisitions, corporate, and estate and gift tax. He is also the author of several publications, serves on the Ronald McDonald House of St. Louis Planned Giving Committee, and serves as chair of the Washington University School of Law Eliot Society.
