Profile & Practice Areas Tyler P. Phillips focuses his practice on all facets of the construction and real estate industries. He routinely represents governmental owners, private owners, general contractors / construction managers, subcontractors, and suppliers in litigation and in transactional matters, providing him the ability to understand the interests of all parties in the construction and development process. Prior to his time in private practice, Tyler worked for judges on the Wayne County Business Court and the Michigan Supreme Court. His time working behind the bench has provided him with a unique insight to the judicial process, which he uses to the benefit of his clients.
