Christopher Schulte

Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, and raised in Plant City, Florida, Chris received his Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Florida. At UF, Chris was a member of Sigma Chi and Florida Blue Key, which is the oldest and most prestigious leadership honorary in the State of Florida. Chris is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Circuit Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. His memberships include the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute. He is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator. Chris has been selected for membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates and is a Fellow of the ABOTA Foundation. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by both the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Chris has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America and Florida Trend magazines Legal Elite in the area of Medical Malpractice litigation and has been named a Florida Super Lawyer by Florida Super Lawyers magazine and one of Tampa Bays Top Lawyers by Tampa Bay Business Journal and Tampa Bay Magazine.
