Marc B. Johnson

For more than 25 years, Mr. Johnson has represented companies within the transportation, oil and gas, construction and manufacturing industries in litigation involving personal injury, wrongful death, products liability and business to business commercial disputes. He primarily focuses his efforts on defending transportation industry clients in cases involving personal injury and wrongful death. His practice also includes legal counseling to clients within these industry sectors on matters including risk management, corporate structuring and governance, legal compliance and preparation and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements. Mr. Johnson obtained his B. B. A from Sam Houston State University in 1992 and his J. D. from Texas Southern University in 1997. Licensed in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi
