Brian C. Ranck

Brian has been with the firm since 2005 after beginning his legal career in Macon, Georgia in 2001 after receiving his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. Prior to coming to Toccoa Brian practiced four years in Macon and Warner Robins. After joining the firm as an associate, Brian made partner in 2007. Brian has a general practice and has experience handling matters from a broad range of practice areas. Some of Brians primary practice areas include residential and commercial real estate closings and transactions, business organizations and transactions, governmental law, general civil litigation, real estate and land dispute litigation, business and corporate law, banking litigation, creditors rights, collections, auto accident, personal injury and wrongful death cases, wills and probate matters, and representing governmental entities, including serving as the Stephens County Attorney since 2007. As a general practitioner Brian handles matters in most any practice areas.
