Marc P. Henry - Attorney Marc P. Henry was born in 1962 in Cleveland, Texas, and graduated from Texas A & M University with a B. S. in Agricultural Economics in 1984. He attended Baylor University School of Law and obtained his J. D. in 1987. He is admitted to practice in all Texas courts, the U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas; U. S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas; and, the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Marc is also a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Jefferson County Bar Association. His practice encompasses general civil practice, business formation, banking law and commercial litigation as well as first and third-party insurance claims, bankruptcy, probate and collections. Marc has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts.
