Kasey Andrew Klenda

Kasey Klenda is a co-founding partner with Shull & Klenda where his focus is on medical malpractice, motor vehicle collisions, serious injury, and death claims. Throughout Kaseys career, he has had the unique experience of representing both injured parties and one of the largest hospital systems in the country for a national AmLaw 100 law firm. He has handled numerous wrongful death claims, as well as serious injury cases in a variety of areas including: medical malpractice, motor vehicle collisions, semi-tractor trailer collisions, motorcycle collisions, racetrack accidents, and workplace injuries. Kaseys experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants gives him an edge to evaluate cases from both sides, and to understand the pressure points of insurance companies when negotiating settlements. His years of experience as a litigator makes him a trusted partner and advocate to his clients. Kasey was recently named as a Rising Star by Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers Publication for 2022 - 2023. Kasey was born and raised in McPherson, Kansas, but now calls Kansas City home.
