David Frankel

Mr. Frankel has been practicing in the field of bankruptcy, creditors rights, collection and enforcement of judgments since 1996. David is admitted to the Illinois State Bar, as well as the Northern District of Illinois, Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and various other Federal Circuits. Much to his credit, David has been lead counsel in appellate cases argued to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals regarding various complex bankruptcy issues. His success has created new legal baselines in the application of the Bankruptcy Court Rules now followed by other Federal Courts. Mr. Frankel represents many financial institutions that are engaged in the automotive industry as well as currency exchanges, banks and similar entities.
