Kyle Fonville

Kyle knows that resolving disputes at the courthouse is not always in the clients best interest and often searches for ways to avoid that result. But sometimes trial is necessary, and Kyle is always prepared for and welcomes the chance to present his clients case at trial. Kyle graduated first in his class from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now Texas A&M University School of Law). In addition to participating in national appellate competitions while in school, Kyle interned for the Second District Court of Appeals for Fort Worth and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division. Kyle obtained his appreciation for and attention to detail while serving as the Managing Editor for the Texas Wesleyan Law Review. He is admitted to practice before all Texas courts, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.
