Brittany Haver

Brittany spent nearly six years working as a Deputy District Attorney in Central Oregon, appearing in court hundreds of times and handling dozens of trials. She is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a courtroom, but mostly, she just loves helping people. She ultimately went into private practice to take on a more client-centered role. She now focuses her career on Family Law matters, including dissolution, child custody, child support, parenting time, and modification. She also represents clients in restraining and stalking order cases, and she works in Criminal Defense on DUII or other traffic-related cases. Brittany lives in Bend but will assist clients all over the State. She spends her free time running long distances on the trails, climbing mountains, or playing with her dog.
