Matthew B. Beckstead

Matthew B. Beckstead is a Partner in our Las Vegas office. Mr. Becksteads practice focuses primarily on representing companies in matters involving premises liability and products liability. Mr. Beckstead earned his J. D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law, at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he was the 1L Section Representative to the Student Bar Association. During law school, Mr. Beckstead traveled to India to spend five weeks working with Indian law students to investigate and analyze human rights issues and labor violations. Following law school, Mr. Beckstead was a judicial law clerk for one year in Eighth Judicial District Court in and for Clark County, Nevada, working on a docket that involved complex litigation, including business litigation and Chapter 116 HOA foreclosure matters. Mr. Beckstead enjoys playing chess, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family during his spare time. Mr. Beckstead is admitted to practice before all Nevada state courts and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
