Jessica Molyneaux Marsh

During his thirty-five years as a criminal trial lawyer, Marsh has attained a level of trial experience few attorneys can equal, having handled some of the most notable cases in the State of Minnesota. Marsh has tried over 100 criminal jury trials and literally thousands of criminal court trials. He has garnered extensive experience in both state and federal court handling all types of criminal litigation, including homicide, criminal sexual conduct, drug offenses, complex white collar crimes, vehicular injury and DWI cases. As a former Chief Prosecutor for the City of Edina, Minnesota and the Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC), Marsh supervised the prosecution of over 15,000 criminal cases annually. Marsh has also previously served as an Assistant Carver County Attorney in Chaska, Minnesota. Marsh is Minnesotas most requested Continuing Legal Education speaker on criminal law issues. He is the author of numerous training manuals and criminal law seminar materials. Notably, Marsh is the editor-in-chief of The Minnesota DWI Deskbook, the most comprehensive DWI source book for attorneys in Minnesota.
