Dalton Dolores Bastian

Dolores Bastian Dalton is a certified specialist in appellate law by the State Bar of California. She has over 20 years of experience in litigating and mediating complex commercial, public entity, and nonprofit issues. She is a trained mediator and a member of the mediation panels for the California Court of Appeal for the Third and Sixth Districts. Dalton is an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Francisco School of Law, teaching Practical Litigation Skills. She was the former chair of the City of Albany Planning Commission and a founding member and former president of the Albany Music Fund.
