Jason Rammel

Jason M. Rammel has been representing cities, counties, and other governmental entities since graduating summa cum laude from St. Marys School of Law in 2006. Mr. Rammel began his career with Sheets & Crossfield in Round Rock and opened the Law Office of Jason M. Rammel, P. C. in Spring Branch in 2016. He joined the Law Offices of Ryan Henry in 2024 as Senior Associate Attorney of General Counsel, bringing with him his many years of experience. Mr. Rammel served as the City Attorney for Bulverde, Texas for several years, and serves other cities and governmental entities as special counsel. Mr. Rammel also has a busy private practice representing clients in real estate matters, estate planning, probate, and small business law. Mr. Rammel is a member of the Texas City Attorneys Association; the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section as well as the Government Law Section of the Texas State Bar; and serves on the boards of several community organizations.
