James Robert Krause

James Robert Krause practices in the areas of commercial litigation and business law. He has extensive experience suing and defending fiduciaries in the corporate, partnership, probate and trust contexts. He received a B. A., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University in 1986, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and his J. D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1991. Mr. Krause is licensed to practice in Texas and Oklahoma. Mr. Krause is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern District of Texas, and the Northern District of Oklahoma.
