Stephen Joseph Miller

Steve lends his thirty plus years of legal expertise to businesses large and small, helping with all types of real estate issues, business matters and the complex decisions associated with buying, selling, and expanding businesses. He also handles estate planning matters to help family businesses transition from one generation to the next generation. Steve credits his father with instilling in him an affinity for business and a penchant for hard work. His father worked a day job and ran the familys small-town movie theater nights and weekends. Steve obtained an accounting degree as an undergraduate before attending law school at the University of Arkansas. He is licensed to practice law in Arkansas as well as the U. S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
