Beth Smith

Beth Ann Smith was raised in Columbia County and graduated as Valedictorian from Evans High School in 1984. Ms. Smith attended Georgetown University School of Foreign Service graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service/International Economics and a Master of Science in Foreign Service/International Trade and Finance. Ms. Smith attended Georgetown University Law Center graduating Cum Laude in May of 1992. Beth Ann Smith is a member of good standing of the Georgia State Bar and is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Georgia. Beth Ann Smith has also served as a Municipal Court Judge in the City of Midville and as the sole municipal attorney representing the City of Waynesboro from approximately 1996 to 1999. Ms. Smith has been practicing in the specialty of Divorce and Family Law since her graduation in 1992 and has focused her law practice and devoted the majority of her time on issues in the specialty of Divorce and Family Law and has handled numerous cases involving all aspects of Family Law.
