Born and raised in Central Texas, Kyle obtained his undergraduate degree from Concordia University in Austin, Texas. Kyle went on to earn his law degree from St. Marys University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. While attending St. Marys Law School, Kyle clerked for the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, the highest criminal court in the State of Texas. Kyle has almost 20 years of experience litigating and trying cases in federal and state courts throughout Texas.
