Christopher M. Scaperlanda

Christopher Scaperlanda is a trial and appellate lawyer whose state and federal litigation practice encompasses a broad range of commercial matters, including those involving trust and estate disputes, securities claims, directors and officers liability, contract disputes, real estate disputes, and other complex business litigation. In addition to Chriss general court litigation practice, he represents healthcare clients in a variety of adversary contexts. This includes advising and representing hospitals in actions relating to physicians medical privileges, as well as representing individual practitioners before the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision. Chriss achievements have earned him inclusion in Benchmark Litigations 40 & Under Hot List of trial lawyers, The Best Lawyers in America (commercial litigation; trusts and estates litigation), and Oklahoma Super Lawyers list of Oklahoma Rising Stars. Christophers prior career experience includes working as a litigation associate with the Milwaukee office of Quarles & Brady LLP and as a research fellow for Marquette University Law School, where he researched issues related to agricultural policy and its impact on small and medium-sized farmers and producers.
