David is a member of the Title Issues and Records Committee of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association He is also a member of the Finance Committee for Philadelphia VIP. David has been a member of the steering committee for the Philadelphia County Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Program since its inception in 2004 and served as co-chair from 2018 to 2020. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Pittsburgh and his law degree from Widener University School of Law. David enjoys spending his free time with his wife and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan. He also skis and plays ice hockey.
