Catherine L. Campbell

Biography Biography Catherine L. Campbell is a Director whose practice involves litigation in both state and federal district and appellate courts representing clients in a wide range of matters including complex litigation involving municipalities, oil and gas, state pension systems, and labor and employment. She has defended class-action and collective actions. She has also represented law enforcement agencies before state courts of appeals in civil rights actions. Cathy also previously served as a member of the Firms Executive Committee. Cathy served as law clerk to the Honorable Jerome A. Holmes, Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit from 2006-2008. Cathy served as co-chair of the Oklahoma Bar Association Appellate Practice Section in 2002. Cathy authored Evidence of Common Insurance to Show Expert Bias: The Rest of the Story, 68 Okla. B. J. 3001 (1997); Updates to Statutes Governing Oklahoma Practice and Procedure, 74 Okla. B.
