Aaron A. White

Aaron A. White is a shareholder in the firm. He is double board certified by the Florida Bar and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. He practices in the firms Walton County Offices. Aaron is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a Specialist in Construction Law. He represents owners, contractors, and design professionals in all aspects of construction, including pre-construction contract drafting and negotiation, disputes arising during construction, mechanics liens and other payment disputes, and post-construction defect and delay claims. Aaron is also Board Certified by the Florida Bar as Specialist in Condominium and Planned Development Law and dedicates a large portion of his practice to the representation of condominium and homeowners associations in Bay, Walton, and Okaloosa Counties, oftentimes serving as general legal counsel. Legal services include advising board members and association management to ensure compliance with applicable laws, collection of delinquent assessments, contract drafting, governing document revisions, meeting attendance, and litigation matters. Aarons practice also includes representation of parties in real estate litigation matters, including, but not limited to, failure to disclose cases, other real estate contract disputes, and easement disputes. Aaron also represents insureds in disputes with their insurance companies for failure to timely pay claims. In addition to his litigation practice, Aaron provides general legal counsel to a variety of businesses in the fields of construction, real estate, digital media, and entertainment, among others. Aaron is Certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator and is available to mediate cases throughout the State of Florida, with particular emphasis on claims involving construction, community associations (including statutorily required pre-suit mediations), and real property and insurance disputes. Aaron is active in the local Walton County Bar Association, having served as both President and Vice-President of the organization. Aaron is also involved in the Florida Bar, having served as Chairman of the First Circuits Grievance Committee, the body designated by the bar to conduct the initial investigation and review of bar grievances filed against attorneys in the circuit, and serving as a current member of the Condominium and Planned Development Law Certification Committee, the committee tasked with reviewing applications for board certification, preparing and grading the exam, and developing policies related to certification in this specialty. When not at work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, coaching his boys sports teams, and being outdoors cycling, surfing, paddleboarding, fishing, and off-roading.
