Rodney L. Cook

Rodney Cook has more than 38 years of experience in all areas of tort litigation including product liability, fraternity, insurance and warranty law. A director in the firms Oklahoma City office, Rodney is a member of the Insurance, Litigation & Trial and Product Liability Practice Groups where he represents product manufacturers and insurers in personal injury, warranty and property damage matters. Focusing his practice in the defense of general civil litigation cases, Rodney assists local and national manufacturers of products including vehicle manufacturers and industrial and consumer product suppliers. He also represents fraternal organizations in the defense of their local chapters and national organizations, and has experience serving as defense counsel in warranty litigation, insurance defense cases and trucking company lawsuits. Within his profession, Rodney has been listed by Best Lawyers in the practice areas of Insurance Law and Commercial and Product Liability Litigation and has an AV peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.* Rodney received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma.
