Christine R. Thrash

I am an Aggie, graduating from Texas A&M University at College Station in 1997. Thereafter, I immediately decided to pursue my dream of being a lawyer at South Texas College of Law in Houston. During law school I became active in the Women’s Legal Forum and further honed my skills by working as a legal assistant for a personal injury firm. The experience I gained with my first employer during law school did not go unnoticed and I soon became fortunate to further expand my horizons and additionally work with a criminal lawyer and family law attorney.Soon after graduating law school in 2001, I argued my first case before the 14th Court of Appeals of Texas. These experiences provided me insight into the unique situations of others and helped me become a better lawyer once I decided to narrow my focus to family law. My hard work and determination led to Board Certification by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2008.
