About
handling personal injury claims and prosecuting personal injury lawsuits. He began his legal career at the Woods & Thompson, P. A., f/k/a Kalina, Woods & Thompson law firm in 1998. He went on to establish the Redlinger Law Firm, P. A. in June of 2000. Since that time, it has been his goal to provide small firm personal attention to his clients involved in personal injury accidents. Lance is a graduate of Hamline University and William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul. Lance attended the evening program while employed full time in his own independent adjusting firm. He graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in February, 1998. He was admitted to practice by the Minnesota Supreme Court in May, 1998. Before he was licensed to practice, Lance spent several years as an independent insurance adjuster. In that capacity, he has investigated hundreds of insurance claims all across Minnesota. The majority of his investigation included automobile accidents and premises liability incidents. Lance worked not only for insurance companies, but also for personal injury attorneys. He brings significant investigative experience to the table, with a unique perspective on injury accidents from both sides of the equation, the insurance company and its lawyers as well as injured victims and their lawyers. Lance now focuses his law practice exclusively on handling personal injury claims, representing only injury victims. His unique experience as a former insurance investigator has allowed Lance to significantly level the playing field for his clients, especially during those most troubling times following an injury accident. Lances experience and personal attention is truly what sets him apart from the rest. Lance has been a lecturer at Continuing Legal Education seminars in the areas of Liquor Liability Law (Dram Shop) and Minnesota No-Fault Automobile Insurance law. Lance has been regularly recognized by his peers as a Rising Star in the field of personal injury law, as found in the Minnesota Law and Politics magazine.
