NELSON Sean graduated in 2005 from the University of Central Oklahoma with a bachelors in business administration and a minor in marketing. Sean graduated from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2010 with a Juris Doctorate degree. Prior to joining our firm Sean served as General Counsel to a local automotive finance company for 5 years. He has encountered various issues, including employment matters, collection issues, contract disputes, contract negotiation, business formation and organization, compliance and vendor relations. Sean can offer a unique perspective to his clients, due to his previous experience with handling issues from a clients standpoint. In 2019, Sean became an associate of the firm, and he was promoted to partner in 2023. Seans law practice is exclusively comprised of consumer collection litigation. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association licensed to practice in Oklahoma District Courts and the U. S. District and Bankruptcy Courts of Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma.
