Mr. Kelsch provides customized legal services in the areas of construction law, creditor/debtor rights (including bankruptcy), and real estate law. He also works with clients in drafting and reviewing contracts to minimize the risk of litigation.Creditor/Debtor Rights: Mr. Kelsch has extensive experience handling all facets of creditor/debtor rights, including bankruptcy, such as: debt negotiation; judgment enforcement; asset protection; taxation offers in compromise; filing bankruptcy petitions on behalf of corporate and individual debtors; defending and prosecuting bankruptcy exemption/discharge objections and fraudulent transfer/preference claims, and; preparing and filing proofs of claim. He has represented corporate and individual debtors, creditors, unsecured creditors’ committees, and bankruptcy trustees in Chapters 7, 11, and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.Real Estate: Mr. Kelsch works with clients in resolving disputes related to contracts for deed, association liens/violations, purchase agreement non-disclosures, and boundary line issues. He also negotiates short sales, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, and foreclosures.
