Robert V. Clutter

Experience Bob began his career in private practice, focusing on criminal defense of major felonies. He proudly served as a public defender in Marion Municipal Court 15 and Marion Superior Court 6. As a testament to his adeptness, he was named lead or co-counsel on three cases in which the death penalty was sought. In 1998, Bob joined the firm of Clark, Quinn, Moses & Clark in Indianapolis focusing on the practice areas of land use, zoning, and real estate law. These practice areas afforded Bob the opportunity to sit as Judge for Pike Township Small Claims Court and represent developers and businesses in land-use planning, litigation, and real estate issues. In 2006, Bob began serving as the attorney for the Boone County Area Plan Commission, a position he retains today. Bob brought his talents to Taylor, Chadd, Minnette, Schneider & Clutter in 2009 where he continues to represent clients in land-use and real estate areas while serving as the attorney for Boone County.
