Biographical Over his 20+ year career, Kirk Jocham has worked in firms ranging in size from one attorney (just him) to over 150 attorneys and futher has served as both defense counsel and plaintiffs counsel. When mediating, he incorporates big city service with his small town perspective. Kirk stays up to speed on the latest technology and strives to resolve matters in the most cost effective and efficient way. He likes to think creatively and looks for the not so typical, but practical, solution.
