Katherine A. Starks

Katherine received her Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University where she majored in Criminal Justice. After graduation she became a probation officer in McLean County, Illinois and later in Marion County, Indiana. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis.Katherine is an Adjunct Instructor in the ABA Approved Paralegal Studies Program at Indiana University School of Liberal Arts at IUPUI; Department of Political Science.
